OZD Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, office cleaning, and customized commercial cleaning solutions. Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the client such as square footage, number of rooms, service frequency, and type of cleaning required; if the actual conditions differ significantly from what was provided, OZD Cleaning reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to beginning service. Clients may schedule services through our website, phone, email, or authorized booking platforms, and all service appointments are subject to availability. OZD Cleaning may reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, staffing limitations, or other operational circumstances, and clients will be notified when possible. Clients agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time, ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available, secure pets when necessary, and notify us of fragile or valuable items. OZD Cleaning is not responsible for damage to items that are unstable, improperly installed, or previously damaged. Payment is due according to the invoice or agreement provided, and accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, electronic transfers, or other approved payment methods. Late payments may result in late fees, suspension of service, or collection actions where permitted by law. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice, and cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation or lockout fee if access to the property is not available. OZD Cleaning strives to provide high-quality service and clients should report any concerns within 24 hours so they may be reviewed and addressed. Liability for any claim related to services is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided. OZD Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if working conditions are unsafe, staff are subjected to inappropriate behavior, or the service requested falls outside the scope of agreed work. These terms may be updated periodically and the most current version will be posted on our website.

Cancellation Policy

OZD Cleaning values both client and staff time and requires advance notice for schedule changes whenever possible. Residential cleaning appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled service time, and cancellations made with less notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the service cost. If our team arrives at a location and is unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply. For commercial cleaning services, cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance, and short-notice cancellations may be billed at the full scheduled service rate due to staffing and operational commitments. Clients with recurring service plans may reschedule or pause service with proper notice, and repeated missed appointments without notice may result in suspension of services. OZD Cleaning understands emergencies may occur and cancellation fees may be waived at the company’s discretion depending on the circumstances.


Commercial Cleaning Service Agreement

This Commercial Cleaning Service Agreement outlines the terms under which OZD Cleaning provides cleaning services to commercial clients. Services may include floor cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, sanitation of surfaces, trash removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, breakroom and kitchen cleaning, window and glass cleaning, and additional tasks agreed upon in writing. Service schedules may be arranged on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or customized basis depending on client needs. Pricing is determined based on square footage, frequency of service, building usage, traffic levels, and any specialized cleaning requirements, and all pricing will be confirmed through a written quote or proposal. Invoices may be issued weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the agreement, and payments are due according to the terms stated on the invoice. Clients are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to the facility at scheduled service times including keys, codes, or security instructions when necessary. Unless otherwise agreed, OZD Cleaning provides its own equipment and cleaning supplies, although clients may request specific products for environments such as medical offices or childcare facilities. OZD Cleaning maintains general liability insurance and proof of coverage may be provided upon request. Clients should report any service concerns within 24 hours so they may be addressed promptly. Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms of the agreement unless immediate termination is required due to unsafe working conditions, non-payment, or breach of contract.


Employee Screening and Training Policy

Staff members may undergo identity verification, employment history review, and background screening where permitted by law before being hired. Employees are selected based on reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for client property. All cleaning staff receive training on company cleaning procedures, proper use of equipment and products, safety practices, and customer service standards. Supervisors may perform quality control reviews to ensure services meet company expectations and client requirements. Employees are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client properties, businesses, and personal information encountered during service.
